After spending 17 years in Corporate America as an IT Professional in a variety of roles including creating course content and providing training, I knew I needed a change. I was thankful for my job, but knew it wasn't what I really wanted to do for the rest of my life. I aspired to be my own boss. I had so many ideas, many that I allowed to slip away because I never acted because I was too afraid to try.
When I finally got the courage to start my own independent business, I quickly realized that I had no idea what I was doing - and that's where things went wrong.
