Episode 13: How To Find Your Voice Again After Being Silenced By Trauma

In today’s episode, our guest, Natasha Davidson, shares her experience of growing up in a family affected by trauma, where drug abuse and suicide were a regular occurrence. She explains how the lack of communication and willingness to discuss these issues led to her feeling silenced and unable to express her thoughts and emotions. Natasha discusses how she eventually found her voice and learned to speak up despite the challenges she faced.
